Mr GVG has started his career as an advocate in the year 2014 after superannuation. While working as a teacher, head of different educational institutions and an officer in Tribal Welfare department the State, he had exposure to variety of issues and disputes among people and institutions. His six months training in Guidance and Counselling at NCERT, New Delhi as a regular student, his internship at Sanjivini Society for Mental Health – Qutub Institutional Area, A – 6, Satsang Vihar Marg, Qutub Institutional Area, South of IIT, New Delhi, made him interested in helping & guiding people through counselling. Knowledge of Psychology & law supported his ambitious practice of resolving disputes and guiding people before he registered himself as an advocate.
He completed his PG Diploma in Alternate Family Dispute Resolution (Proximity Education) in the year 2012 from NALSAR & ICADR at Hyderabad. He attended Advanced & Intensive Training in Mediation by NALSAR & ICADR at Hyderabad in the year 2014. He attended 40 Hours Training in Mediation by MCPC, Supreme Court of India in the year 2022 and was empanelled as Mediator the same year. He is rendering his service as an Advocate mediator at Mediation and Arbitration Centre, High court for the state of Telangana.
So far, he has recorded 80% success in his mediations as a High Court Empanelled Mediator and as a private mediator. I experienced that the humble parties at the starting of their legal fights for justices through courts, settle their issues amicably through ADR procedures.
